Where do you end up?
Nubiter is a spin-off of Arxus in the heart of the Microsoft Business of the Cronos Group; thé largest IT-network in Belgium.
Nubiter’s mission is to help customers be adaptive in the new digital world. Based on that idea, Nubiter has a number of programs in its portfolio to guide customers in their journey to the cloud. In addition, Nubiter offers a wide range of high-quality managed cloud services.
The focus is on the Next-Gen character of the services offered. Not just traditional managed services, but Next-Gen Services.
What are you coming to do with us?
- You are responsible for the follow-up and management of large and/or complex cloud service contracts with customers.
- You monitor the contractual agreements with the customer and you are the linking pin to all internal parties that are active within the service contract.
- You play a crucial role in detecting or suggesting new opportunities or improvement processes for your customers.
- You monitor the services budget and guarantee error-free invoicing to the customer.
- As a unique point of contact for the customer, you are a trusted advisor for everything that concerns service delivery.
Who do we want in our team?
- You have extensive knowledge of and experience with IT Service Delivery processes in large-scale and/or demanding environments.
- You have experience and expertise with ITIL. Having ITIL certificates is a plus.
- Networking is your second nature and you master the art of challenging, convincing and motivating people. Your are an efficient builder of bridges.
- You can set priorities autonomously and you are able to work independently and make decisions within the domain for which you are responsible.
- You have at least five years of relevant experience in IT, of which at least two years in service delivery.
- You are broadly interested in IT technology and you closely follow trends in (public) cloud technology; we assume you have a natural interest in this.
- You are a team player who communicates effortlessly.
- By the way, do you already have an Azure Fundamentals certificate? Splendid! If not, you have the ambition to embark on a real certification journey.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English and you have an operational level of French.
